LOFT will open its Grand Rapids store April 27. At the spacious store, clients who shop on opening weekend can enter to win a $500 shopping spree and will receive a special tote as a gift with purchase (while supplies last), on purchases of $75 or more. Unique to the new store design is the LOFT “style closet” which leads into the fitting rooms. Considered the heart of the store, the style closet contains the must‐have pieces for the season and allows for clients to collaborate with associates to style herself to express her individual style personality. The plush seating and open space creates a sense of community that is at the core of the LOFT brand and encourages interaction among clients. Furthermore, the new store concept features larger groupings of mannequins in order to suggest additional outfitting options to the client.
