This fall, Meredith transitioned from an anchor/reporter at WZZM to a management role in addition to her anchor responsibilities. The job was created just for her and her unique abilities to manage a team. Meredith’s focus has shifted to equipping others, creating a healthy team culture and triumphing success as the team works towards a common goal.
