Do you know a youth basketball player who is committed to teamwork and lives a healthy, active life? He or she could win a once-in-a-lifetime experience for their team at the Detroit Pistons game on March 19, 2017.
Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan (BCBSM) is partnering with the Detroit Pistons for the #MIKidsCan Pistons VIP Experience contest, which encourages youth across the state to celebrate the dedication to being active and to take pride in how basketball helps them accomplish their health goals.
To enter the content, youth between the ages of 8 and 18 can visit ahealthiermichigan.org and submit an answer to the question: How has basketball helped this nominee live a healthier life?
Winners receive:
- Participation in a pre-game experience featuring Hooper and his mascot friends.
- Game tickets for the winner and up to 14 members of their basketball team. Each youth player receives four tickets to the game.
- Post-game free throw shot.
- A BCBSM/Pistons puzzle.
