Feeling good and being healthy can be tricky when faced with challenges of daily life and an ever-changing and confusing body with hormone-related changes in menstrual cycles and related mood changes, headaches, weight gain, energy levels, sex drive and sleep issues. These changes associated with Perimenopause as well as family medical history, busy schedules and lack of knowledge can increase risk of obesity, diabetes, bone loss, cancer and early heart attack.

About Dr. Bitner:

Diana Bitner MD loves being a doctor for women at Spectrum Health and now is the Chief Medical Officer and a founder of true. Women’s Health. Dr. Bitner is the author of “I Want to Age Like That! Healthy Aging Through Midlife and Menopause” which has sold over 1500 copies and now has a companion workbook. She is the Director of the Midlife and Menopause Health Services at Spectrum and her Women’s Health Pilot Study was published in the journal Menopause.

Dr. Bitner is a Certified Menopause Practitioner as a member of the North American Menopause Society (NAMS) and received the NAMS Menopause Practitioner of the Year for North America in 2015. She has a weekly live television spot on the Fox17 discussing a wide variety of women’s health topics.

Diana Bitner, MD is a Board Certified Ob/Gyn, DaVinci Robotic Surgeon, listed in Best Doctors of West Michigan, a Fellow in the American College of Ob/Gyn, a member of American Society of Reproductive Medicine and the International Society for the Study of Women’s Sexual Function (ISSWSH). She is a graduate of Wayne State University School of Medicine ’92 and completed a residency at Spectrum Health/Butterworth Hospital in 1996.


Cancellation Policy

Individuals who register for the event and subsequently are no longer able to attend for any reason are encouraged to provide a replacement guest for attendance. Substitutions are welcome at any time prior to the event as long as full guest information is provided to Serendipity Media. There is no charge to make this change prior to the event.

If you do not wish to provide a replacement guest for the event, full cancellations must be submitted in writing to Megan at Serendipity Media two weeks prior to the event date. At this time, 80% of the original ticket price will be refunded in the manner of payment provided during registration. Cancellations made within two weeks prior to the event will not be provided a refund of their ticket purchase.
