The Downtown Market Education Foundation offers culinary and nutrition education, entrepreneur opportunities, a place for local food production, and greenhouse growing, all centered around the goal of creating a healthy community lifestyle.
This year's theme is "Slip into the Shadows," and the Market will be transformed into a mysteriously mystical and sometimes vintage land, inviting guests inside to explore the transformation of the second floor into "The Garden of Good and Evil," "Miss Behave's Amber Room," and the "Wake Snakes Ballroom."
Explore the fantastical stops on our secret path down the back alleys and through the dark woods. Indulge in fabulous food, incredible music, exceptional cocktails, a glittery silent auction, and countless opportunities for mischief and mystery, all for a great cause!
Food A'Faire will be held Thursday, October 15, from 7 – 10 p.m. Attire is casual. Admission covers three sample beverage experiences (one from each themed party room), all food throughout the evening, and a night full of Food A'Faire performances! Tickets are $75, and can be purchased here.
