Michigan Walk-Run-N-Roll

Engage with the West Michigan Woman Community!

The goal of the Michigan Walk-Run-N-Roll Campaign is to increase awareness and raise funds for research and programs for individuals suffering from Acute Disseminated Encephalomyelitis (ADEM), Neuromyelitis Optica (NMO), Optic Neuritis (ON), Transverse Myelitis (TM), and Recurrent Transverse Myelitis, and their caregivers.

On October 5, 2013, beginning at 8 a.m., the TMA Walk-Run-N-Roll Awareness Campaign in Michigan will be held on the campus of Harderwyk Ministries located at 1627 West Lakewood Boulevard, Holland, Michigan, 49424. The venue is a quick 2.2 miles from the soft sands of Holland State Park and 5.5. miles from the quaint shops and restaurants of downtown Holland. The Michigan Walk-Run-N-Roll event is near the shores of Lake Michigan and only 2.5 hours north of Chicago! We look forward to your support. Come join us and let’s raise awareness and funds to advance clinical care and research for rare neuro-immune diseases.

Registration opens at 8 a.m. and the walk will begin at 9:45 a.m. Click here to learn more, or e-mail these local contacts: Vickie Boersema, Karen Gorter, and Rebecca Whitney.
