Hire For Hope, a multi-faceted talent and recruiting company which donates 10% of their profit to helping individuals escape domestic violence and rebuild their lives, recently welcomed Amanda Sloan, Jenna Fatum and Kayla Ezinga to the team.
Sloan will serve as the business administration manager, Fatum as the team's newest executive recruiter and Ezinga transitioning from an internship to the full-time role of human resources assistant.
"The continued growth of the Hire For Hope team has resulted from our commitment to meet the needs of our valued clients," said Ashley Ward, founder and CEO of Hire for Hope. "We use the same tried and true evidence-based selection process to assess internal candidates as we do in our external recruiting process for clients. It provides a 360-degree view of candidates before they even walk through the door."
Sloan brings over two decades of professional experience to Hire for Hope and most recently worked as the office administrator at Downtown Grand Rapids Inc.
"I'm so excited to put my talents to work in such a high-caliber organization," said Sloan. "The amazing culture, paired with supportive and flexible leadership, makes Hire For Hope the perfect fit as my new work family."
Fatum is skilled in sourcing and recruiting top talent and joins with a background in supporting consulting initiatives for R&D and enhancing the employee experience.
"As I continue to settle into my role as an executive recruiter at Hire for Hope, I've been very impressed with the welcoming and collaborative work environment," said Fatum. "I feel empowered to contribute to the goals of the company and encouraged to learn and grow throughout my career. It's an exciting time to be a member of the team and I look forward to reflecting on our accomplishments this year."
Ezinga served as an intern at Hire for Hope for a year before accepting a full-time role as the human resources assistant.
"While being an intern, I was able to learn so much about the world of executive recruiting," said Ezinga. "Now, I get to start my professional career working alongside of the amazing team that helped me learn in the first place!"
Ward is excited to have Sloan, Fatum and Ezinga as part of the team.
"I am confident that the predictability of our process results in the success of the talented new hires we bring on board," said Ward.
