CityFlatsHotel Holland boasts the title of first hotel in the Midwest to achieve LEED gold certified status in Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, with the Grand Rapids hotel reaching the same status shortly after. The soon to be completed Port Huron location, is expected to also be awarded the same status.
