It's that time of year again ... Time to get your jazz hands ready! The sixth annual GRandJazzFest takes the stage August 19 and 20, 2017, at Rosa Parks Circle in downtown Grand Rapids.
GRandJazzFest, presented by DTE Energy Foundation, continues its legacy as West Michigan's only free, weekend-long jazz festival. This year the lineup includes 11 diverse acts, including saxophonist Richard Elliot as headliner.
As always, the Grand Rapids Jazz Orchestra will kick off the festival, accompanied by Edye Evans Hyde performing vocals. Several acts—Tumbao Bravo, organissimo, Nate Harasim and Bryan Lubeck—will make return appearances, and a student jazz band will perform as well.

GRandJazzFest will be breaking it down during Grand Rapids Restaurant Week, and is centrally located for attendees to enjoy the city's restaurants, clubs, museums, microbreweries and shops.
