Barley, BBQ & Beats

Engage with the West Michigan Woman Community!

Inspired by the annual John Clay Memorial BBQ & Rib Cook-off, hosted by the Clay family and Miller Welding Supply Co., Hospice of Michigan is pleased to unveil Barley, BBQ & Beats—a unique and delicious community celebration and memorial. This exciting new event will tap into West Michigan's love of barbeque and craft cocktails while supporting the Hospice of Michigan Open Access program.

Barley, BBQ & Beats will be held Saturday, May 21, from 5 – 9 p.m at Van Andel Arena. Tickets are $35 in advance; $40 at the door. Attendees, 21 and over, will receive barbecue samples and fixins' from some of our leading pit masters and barbecue restaurants. Ticket holders will also enjoy hand-crafted cocktail tastings made with whiskeys distilled right here in Michigan. Domestic Problems, Mid-Life Crisis and Big Dudee Roo will be among the bands performing for what the organization hopes will become an annual event in support of Hospice of Michigan.
