Nonprofit leaders Christopher Wilson and Kathy Crosby will lead the workshop, focusing on improving an organization's processes, and trends impacting the nonprofit world.
Christopher Wilson is executive director of Non-Profit Excellence and former Director of Operational Excellence, an award-winning global program for continuous improvement at Amway Corporation.
Kathy Crosby is president and CEO at Goodwill Industries of Grand Rapids. An accomplished speaker, she is a nonprofit executive with more than thirty years' experience developing and leading services to the community.
This event will take place Thursday, December 18, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Compass College, 41 Sheldon Avenue SE in Grand Rapids.
