What makes a community? Undoubtedly, the magic comes from its people. Our lives wouldn't be what they are without the stellar local establishments found around every corner of West Michigan, from the newly-founded to the well-established and everything in between.

That's why we created the West Michigan Woman Readers' Choice Awards. With categories reflective of each section of the magazine and our content, the awards seek to highlight YOUR favorite local businesses and people who deserve to be recognized for the services and specialties they provide.

We love recommending our favorite businesses to you, and now we want to hear all about your top picks! Share your favorites with us by nominating your top local businesses and people. Nominating is simple—go to our online form, type in your picks under the corresponding categories, click 'Continue' to proceed, and on the final page, click 'Finish.'

Nominations are open July 21 – August 8! Finalists will be announced on August 18, with the second round of voting running August 25 – September 12. The final results will be shared in the Dec ‘25/Jan ’26 issue of West Michigan Woman.
