Attorney and Founder, Sadek Law, PLC

Nichole Sadek was raised by entrepreneurs and do-it-your-selfers. She’s also married a business owner, who’s from a family of business owners. Nichole quickly realized that law firms, in her own words, are actually “no fun to work for,” and viewing her days in six-minute intervals was soul-sucking. As a direct result of her discontent, cynicism, and (doubtlessly unreasonable) intolerance for things that don't work right, Sadek Law was founded with the mission of completely changing how people interact with legal services.

Nichole’s greatest achievement is accomplishing that founding mission, with hundreds of West Michigan businesses having now accessed legal services in a way that actually makes sense for them. She has the pleasure building relationships with some of the most creative and fun entrepreneurs in our community with the side benefit of getting to feel connected to their brilliance, if only by being the “boring” attorney in the background that was able to provide the legal help they needed.

Nichole shares, “The world needs women’s ideas. And women need someone to tell them that they are just as qualified as every other person that has ever decided to create something new. There is no barrier to entry other than the boundaries you put on yourself.”
