Founder, ADHD Center of West Michigan
Dr. Tamara Rosier has worn many hats throughout her career—college administrator, professor, leadership consultant, high school teacher, business owner and ADHD coach. These diverse experiences have given her a deep understanding of ADHD and its profound impact on individuals and families. As Founder of the ADHD Center of West Michigan, she leads a dedicated team of coaches, therapists, speech pathologists and a nurse practitioner. Together, they assist individuals, parents, and families in developing self-awareness and acquiring practical skills to navigate life with ADHD.
Her books, Your Brain’s Not Broken and You, Me, and Our ADHD Family, provide insightful and compassionate strategies for managing the emotional complexities of ADHD. Beyond her professional work, Dr. Rosier is profoundly grateful for the love and support of her family, who inspire her daily. Their encouragement fuels her passion for empowering others to embrace their strengths and lead fulfilling lives with ADHD.
Dr. Rosier shares, “I’ve witnessed brilliant, driven women, attorneys, doctors, and CEOs question their own abilities because they were consistently told they were ‘too scattered,’ ‘too emotional,’ or simply ‘not trying hard enough.’ Many have spent years masking their struggles, overcompensating, or burning themselves out in environments that fail to recognize the strengths of the ADHD mind. Through my work as an ADHD coach, I have the privilege of helping many women redefine success on their own terms, recognize their innate capabilities, and learn to work with their brains instead of against them.”
