With over 16 years of experience in staffing and recruiting, Amy has emerged as a true champion of service in our community. Her story is filled with inspiring chapters—from organizing the largest Hometown Heroes fundraiser for the American Red Cross, where she rallied communities to come together for a common cause, to launching an innovative Ambassador Program at the West Michigan Hispanic Chamber of Commerce that empowered communities and forged meaningful connections.
Amy's dedication doesn't stop there. She’s also recruited more than 40 passionate board members to help advance the YMCA's mission, ensuring that every volunteer hour translates into lasting, positive change. Through her leadership on various boards and initiatives, Amy continuously demonstrates that heartfelt service and strategic vision can transform lives and build a stronger, more connected community.
