Ashley Diersch is a dynamic nonprofit leader with nearly 20 years of experience in philanthropy, fundraising, and community engagement. As the Chief Advancement Officer at Paws With A Cause, she leads strategic initiatives that support the organization’s mission of enhancing independence through custom-trained assistance dogs. Her advocacy extends beyond her professional work, serving on multiple boards, including the No Surrender Running Club and West Michigan Asian American Association. She is passionate about empowering women, fostering diversity, and creating lasting social impact. Ashley builds connections, amplifies voices, and inspires service through her unwavering dedication to community transformation. She lives in Caledonia with her husband, Carl, their golden doodle, Colby Jackson, and the PAWS puppy they are raising, Duncan.

She says, “My journey in service has been shaped by the people I’ve met along the way—colleagues, mentors, and community members who have inspired me to continue pushing forward. My work in philanthropy is not just about raising funds; it’s about fostering meaningful relationships, advocating for those in need, and building a stronger, more inclusive community.”
