Vintage Street Market Opens on Mother’s Day

Engage with the West Michigan Woman Community!

Looking for something beyond brunch to celebrate Mother's Day? The Grand Rapids Downtown Market's Vintage Street Market begins its second season on May 10.

The Vintage Street Market takes place in the Outdoor Market Shed and features sixty vendors selling vintage furniture, clothing, accessories, kitchen goods, home décor, and more.

"The Vintage Street Market has been a fun way to bring together vintage shops, galleries, antique stores and personal collectors in West Michigan," said Mimi Fritz, CEO and president of the Downtown Market. "We hope to continue to provide a community experience for vintage lovers, as well as shoppers and treasure hunters who seek out items with history and character."

The Vintage Street Market will take place the second Sunday of each month throughout the summer: May 10, June 14, July 13, August 10, and September 14, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. For more information, visit www.vintagestreetmarketgr.com.

Although the Vintage Street Market is full for May, the Downtown Market is accepting applications for potential vendors for the June through September dates. Click here for information about rates and stall details, as well as online applications.
