Engage with the West Michigan Woman Community!

Diversity, inclusion and unconscious bias are all part of a national conversation. Whether you work for a large or small organization, whether you work globally or locally, you're likely facing challenges as your consumers, customers and employees become more diverse. Are you achieving the results you expected?

Leaders and team members need cultural intelligence to succeed in a growing diverse landscape—join the conversation! On Thursday, November 17, Inforum and the West Michigan Community are hosting a special capstone dinner featuring global thinker and author David Livermore, Ph.D.

Livermore will discuss his latest book, Driven by Difference: How Great Companies Fuel Innovation Through Diversity, identifying the management practices necessary to guide multicultural teams to success. Learn how to create an optimal environment, build trust, fuse differing perspectives to align goals and expectations, generate fresh ideas by considering various audiences, design and test for different users, and more.

The event runs from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Watermark Country Club. Learn more and register at www.michiganinforum.org.
