Ladies Tee Party Charity Golf Scramble

Engage with the West Michigan Woman Community!

Gather up your girlfriends for the sixth annual Ladies Tee Party Charity Golf Scramble on Friday, June 21 at the Gracewil Golf Club in Grand Rapids! The event benefits the Sleeping Angels Endowment of Spectrum Health Foundation.

The endowment was created by Mike and Katherine Schoenborn, following the stillbirth of their triplet sons. Over the past five years, the annual golf outting has netted about $75,000 to support families who've experienced a stillbirth (the endowment supports interment costs). Click here to watch a video and learn more about the endowment.

The event brings together nearly three hundred women to golf, share, and support. "It's like a great big group hug!" said event founder Maureen Fitzgerald Penn of Penn & Ink Communications. "We like to say that this 'Ain't your grandma's tea party…' and we mean it!"

Join Katherine, Maureen, and hundreds of other women in sharing stories of hope.
